While he might look like a teddy bear you win at a carnival, he’s not shown interest in being treated like one. Sure, he likes a pet & some attention…but don’t be too desperate about it.
Buddy would do best in a home with adults he can form a true bond with, take him on daily walks & keep up with his grooming needs, as his curls are tight, THICK coils that will easily mat without daily brushing & routine trips to the groomer.
